Description

Alpha Compact alternators are optimised for continuous high power output, making them ideal for energy storage applications. When combined with Alpha Pro regulators, they form a high-performance, plug-and-play charging solution compatible with all battery types, including Lithium-Ion. These automotive-style alternators offer significant advantages, including a Power Take Off (PTO) option, which allows the addition of an Alpha Compact as a second alternator. Alternatively, the stock alternator can be replaced by an Alpha Compact to enable a powerful MasterBus-enabled 3-step charging system. Compared to traditional alternators, the Alpha Compact offers reduced weight, smaller dimensions, and improved fuel efficiency, thanks to its open construction with dual internal fans and an integrated temperature sensor that controls operating temperature. The series includes seven models in both 12 V and 24 V configurations, with “VP” models designed specifically for Volvo Penta engines.
