3M Tape Primer 94 is a solvent-based adhesion promoter supplied in a 946ml container. It improves the adhesion of compatible tapes, films and vinyl graphics to surfaces including polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, glass, metal and painted metal. It dries to a clear finish and should be applied as a thin, uniform coating to a clean, dry surface in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
